Do you offer personal training sessions?

Yes we offer personal training to suit your needs. Whatever your goals are we are happy to help just get in contact and we can arrange it.

Can we come to the gym anytime during opening hours

People are more than welcome to call into the gym anytime during opening hours. However, the gym is largely run on a class basis so there will be classes going on throughout the day in the gym.
